Our standard shipping is FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY, to all UK Mainland addresses. Orders to the Scottish Highlands qualify for FREE delivery on a 2 day service. All other orders to UK non-mainland addresses are shipped on a 2-4 day service and are subject to varying delivery costs based on weight and postcode. For UK Mainland orders we can also offer a pre-10.00am delivery (£18) or pre-noon delivery (£12).
Pricing for delivery to Europe is available at the checkout. Please allow 2-6 days for the delivery of orders to Europe following shipment of your order.

Orders placed before 3pm for in stock items (excluding systems) will be shipped for delivery on the next working day. In-stock systems with no options or upgrades applied must be ordered before 1pm to qualify for next day delivery. If you order a system with options or upgrades, please allow 1-2 days prior to shipment, to give our engineers time to fit options and upgrades and fully re-test them.

Once your order has shipped you will recieve a tracking number via email. All orders are sent via TNT and can be tracked through their website.
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time-period and your tracking hasn't been updated, get in touch with our Customer Services Team, +44 (0) 1428 707900.
Within the UK Mainland, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. Any return requests must be made within 30 days of recieving your order. The 30 day period begins the day after reciept of the item. The customer is responsible for any return, and the return must be recieved within 30 days from the point that the return is requested. All returns must include the original delivery note packaged with the returned product. We will reject any returns that arrive damaged due to incorrect or insufficient packaging.
For UK Non-Mainland and International returns, customers are responsible for the return of items, and must ensure that these items arrive in the same condition as they were recieved.
